Parvinder Arora
Practice Leader - Compliance & Risk
Parvinder is a Compliance Specialist with focus on making automated compliance systems for global organizations. He started his career as a Trainee and has also served as Key Managerial Personnel in later organizations of repute. Hence he understands the business requirements of the management from the perspective of Compliance and also understands the problem faced in executing them by the bottom of the pyramid. Further, he has worked in Financial Institution, Manufacturing Industry, Mining Industry, multi jurisdictional global conglometrate and Family Office giving him vide array of exposure.
He has been associated with HUDCO Limited, DFM Foods Limited, Cosmo Films Limited and Interlink Petroleum Limited in India and globally he has worked with Damac Properties Co Limited and also with a Family office namely BRS Ventures Investment Limited based in Dubai.
Raju Moza

Raju Moza is a thorough professional with versatile talents and multifarious interests. In addition to being a founder and co-founder of several ventures in the field of equity and finances, he is also one of the active board members of several budding and established businesses. His core competencies include, inter alia, fundraising, Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A), corporate due diligence, financial & capital management advisory and business structuring & reengineering. In addition to the industry, he is also academically active, acting as a visiting faculty to several educational institutions and is philanthropically involved with objectives such as national economic upheaval, promotion of education, betterment of government policy structuring and alleviation of poverty.
Mala Thapar

Mala is a dynamic professional and a role model for women in Industry owing to her multi-disciplinary and diverse industry experience, including in sectors such as IT (Hardware & Software), Oil Refineries, and Telecom. Over her career spanning more than 25 years, Mala has managed cultural diversification while working on global projects with a workforce from diverse cultures and countries like USA, UK, Singapore, Taiwan, Germany and Netherlands. Mala has been an active contributor to the development of leadership roles for women in the industry and has been an activist for the prevention of sexual harassment of women in the workplace. Mala is currently the State President of the Anti-Sexual Harassment Council for the state of Haryana.

Syed is a seasoned industry expert in Manpower Supply, Payroll Outsourcing, Talent Management, Business Process Management and HR automation for over 17 countries including the GCC countries and India. Before founding his own venture ATOZ Resourcing, Syed has worked with Samsung, HCL Technologies, Paytm and Fidelity Investments in streamlining and digitizing HR solutions and vendor management.

Nitish Chugh is a Chartered Accountant who is also a registered member of ICAI since 2009, in addition to being a member of ICAI as an Arbitrator. Nitish also holds the designation of an ACS with ICSI and possesses assurance services to the LIC of India. He is also a Registered Valuer under the Securities and Financial Assets Category, and an Insolvency Professional with the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Board of India (IBBI). Moreover, Nitish is also empanelled with NCLT. Over the years, Nitish has worked with several Indian and International Clients in Education, Infrastructure, Hotels and NBFC sectors and with Technology driven entities. Aniket is also well known in business circles for his expertise in International Taxation and Transaction Processes. Aniket has a total of over 19 years of experience working with several MNCs such as Draeger, Barista, Oxigen, Fidelity National Information Services Inc., with more than 15 years devoted to legal and financial consulting. Aniket has had a brief stint with the Indian Government where he was responsible for designing the legal structure of the National Waqf Development Corporation (NAWADCO).
